All live fish are delivered via UPS Next Day Air shipping service Tuesday through Thursday only. To ensure timely delivery, packages do not require signature upon arrival. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday ship the following Monday, orders placed Monday and Tuesday ship Wednesday.

We cannot be responsible for fish mortality resulting from customer absence at time of delivery. Please ensure you or a representative is present to receive and properly handle your live fish shipment upon arrival.
