ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed after 3pm on Thursdays will ship by Monday. Koi & More does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using UPS Ground shipping. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
